Day to Day duties and responsibilities for back of house management would include:-
- Kitchen hygiene/cleanliness
- Turnaround of crockery/cutlery/glass etc.
- CCG management (accounting of hired kit and
- unloading/loading/liaison with hire Company)
- Waste management
- Compound management
- Disposable products management
- Delivery receiving/forklifting
- Head porters will liaise with head Chef/FOH managers daily
- CF manager will liaise with event manager daily
