Day to Day duties and responsibilities for our porters and head porters would typically include:
- Kitchen hygiene/cleanliness
- Turnaround of crockery/cutlery/glass etc.
- CCG management (accounting of hired kit and unloading/loading/liaison with hire Company)
- Waste management
- Compound management
- Disposable products management
- Delivery receiving/forklifting
- Head porters to liaise with head Chef/FOH managers daily
- CF site manager liaise with event manager daily
